Privacy policy.

What this site collects, why, and how you exercise your rights under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

Who the controller is

Falkner, operator of falknerlabs.com. Privacy contact, including our data protection officer: contact@falknerlabs.com.

What we collect

  • Emails you send us. Name, address, and message content, when you write to contact@falknerlabs.com.
  • Browsing data via Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies. IP address, browser, page visited, date and time, and the _fbp cookie. We record the page view event. Without your consent, the Pixel does not load.
  • Hosting access logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which logs IPs and requests to run and protect its network.

There are no forms, sign-ups, or logged-in areas. The site's font is served from our own domain, with no calls to Google Fonts.

What we use it for

  • Replying to you and handling a possible commercial proposal.
  • Measuring visits and ad reach on Meta's platforms.
  • Keeping the site online and protected from abuse.

Legal bases (LGPD art. 7): for contact, pre-contractual steps (item V). For the Meta Pixel, your consent (item I). For hosting logs, legitimate interest (item IX).

Who we share it with

  • Meta Platforms, operator of the Pixel. Data may be processed outside Brazil. Meta's policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
  • Cloudflare, hosting and delivery, with servers outside Brazil.

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

The only cookie is Meta's _fbp, valid for 90 days. It is only set after you click Accept on the cookie notice. Your choice is stored in your own browser (key fk-consent) and can be changed at any time via the link, also in the footer. If you decline after accepting, we delete _fbp for this domain. The site works the same without it.

How long we keep it

Contact emails, for up to 5 years after the last contact, or for the length of the commercial relationship. Pixel and hosting data follow Meta's and Cloudflare's retention periods.

Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18, you can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Write to contact@falknerlabs.com. We reply within 15 days (LGPD art. 19). You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
